NOTE: Incline
Village is a community of
9,000 acres with three traffic lights. To those arriving at an unfamiliar
location it can be chaotic, particularly at night. The following directions
should ease the strain and the accompanying map(s) will show the location
of your home/unit.
From Bay Area / Sacramento:
Interstate 80 East heading towards Reno. Exit the
Highway 267 Interchange (Truckee, CA.) towards North Lake Tahoe. Follow Highway
267 towards North Lake
Tahoe for approximately
15 miles until it ends at State Route 28 (Kings Beach, CA.) Turn Left
on State Route 28, continue over the California/Nevada
Stateline, the casino area. Upon
entering Incline Village turn right on Village Boulevard (second traffic light). Proceed downhill one block and
turn left onto Incline Way. Proceed approximately
1.5 tenths of a mile, look for the 920 Incline Way sign and turn
left immediately after the sign. Goldfish Properties @ Lake Tahoe is located in the building on the left side of the parking lot, on the
first floor, suite A.
NOTE: We
do NOT recommend U.S. 50 East as the primary route from Sacramento.
U.S. 50 may add an additional one to two hours on the trip, depending
on the South Shore
traffic.
From South
Lake Tahoe:
Highway 50 East towards Carson
City Nevada.
Turn left on to State Route 28 to Incline
Village. Upon entering Incline
Village, turn left
on Village Boulevard
(second traffic light). Proceed downhill one block and turn left
onto Incline Way.
Proceed approximately 1.5 tenths of a mile, look for the 920
Incline Way sign and turn left immediately after the sign. Goldfish

on the left side of parking lot, on the first floor, suite A.
From U.S.
395 North:
Take Highway 50 West up the mountain towards South
Lake Tahoe. Approximately nine miles up U.S.
50, turn right on to State Route 28 towards Incline
Village. Upon entering Incline
Village turn left
on Village Boulevard
(second traffic light). Proceed downhill one block and turn left
onto Incline Way. Proceed approximately 1.5 tenths of a mile, look for the 920
Incline Way sign and turn left immediately after the sign. Goldfish

From Reno:
Highway 395 South towards Carson
City. Exit
State Route 431
(Mount Rose Highway) towards North Lake Tahoe. Proceed up the Mount Rose Highway
for approximately 25 miles until it ends at
State Route 28 (Tahoe
Blvd.). Turn left onto State Route 28. Upon entering the center of Incline
Village, turn right
on Village Boulevard
(second traffic light). Proceed downhill one block and turn left
onto Incline Way. Proceed approximately 1.5 tenths of a mile, look for the 920
Incline Way sign and turn left immediately after the sign. Goldfish
